man, how do we call, you mar editor?, i have the hardest time when i am alone at home, as a matter of a fact since dec 1 I just smoke a little bowl at night by myself, i´ve seen some friends and i havent smoked with them, I´ve told them i´ve quit, (eventhough the little bowl at night), of course they make fun and say I´ll never be able to, but at least i get a high from watching them watching me not smoking, like i feel when i quit alcohol 2 years ago, i love how people flip off when they´re drunk or stoned and you stay sober. Still waiting all day for that bowl at night is hard, i hate this addiction, i am certain sometime in mid dec i am going it!!!, but after 20 years on 5 jointas a day i have to taper, and i am working on my plan.
good luck mr editor, you´ve started, don´t fall please.

It has been 5 days since i smoked my last blunt. i could never get myself to smash my bowl because i have like a friendship with it and because it cost me $60… this is the longest i have ever been sober from weed in about a year. i am trying to make it to a month so i can pass a drug test… is there anything a could do to speed up the detox process?

Exercising will speed up the detox process. It will also help to relieve withdrawal symptoms.

The people who notice the most benefit are those who don’t usually exercise. So if you don’t usually exercise, don’t be afraid. Put on a pair of shoes, walk outside, and start briskly walking or jogging depending on your comfort level.
