StressReliefI came across deep relaxation audio tape that I liked and thought I should share it. The first few days of withdrawal from smoking weed are always the hardest for me, so I am building up a nice list of relaxation and distraction techniques to help me get through the cravings and other marijuana withdrawal symptoms.

You will need RealPlayer to play the files. One of the files is 6 minutes, and the other is 20 minutes.

Do any of you have specific techniques you would like to share? If you do, please leave a comment or contact me!

 That really worked! I feel/felt so relaxed. I will use this technique again….and make sure the dog isn’t around. He barked beside me and it startled me as I was so relaxed listening to her voice! So, remember to keep the pets and kids away while doing this.

After withdrawal, you might find activities to do making you enjoy like doing an exercise, listening to the music, watching the tv, or reading books.

 That was really cool thank you.

I remember thinking when I had thoughts about relapsing again, i just wish weed didn’t exist. Its so tempting to engage in its experience, and its mind blowing, but I just wish I was a kid again, so I could feel like I did before I started smoking.
