Thankfully, I haven't experienced many of the withdrawal symptoms listed here on your site. However, I have experienced insomnia. Every night I would lie in bed until 3 or 4am wondering if I had made the right decision to stop smoking. I remember thinking...."is this really worth it?" I was about to give up and begin smoking again when I came across your site. Thank you so much for the articles and information you complied and posted in one easy to access site. Also, I began listening to the relaxation audio posted in the "relaxation techniques" section. I listen to it every night to help me calm down and get ready to sleep. I definitely recommend anyone else out there who is experiencing insomnia due to withdrawal. Thank you so much!

Hi there, I have gotta stop smoking this crud! I'm getting too old for this! I have to face the reality that I am 40 in January 2011 & I don't want to have this stuff hanging over my head.
I have created my own "relaxation routine". It's really working wonders for me! I would recommend this for anyone else struggling with anything at all!

Thanks for your knowledge... ladyjayne71

 That was really cool thank you.

I remember thinking when I had thoughts about relapsing again, i just wish weed didn't exist. Its so tempting to engage in its experience, and its mind blowing, but I just wish I was a kid again, so I could feel like I did before I started smoking.

After withdrawal, you might find activities to do making you enjoy like doing an exercise, listening to the music, watching the tv, or reading books.
