did anyone experience any thoat discomfort after quitting? i am freaking thinking i have cancer. went to the doctor the other day about it, she shines a torch down my throat says it looks ok. i say fuck that i want a blood test, she sends me for that, am awaiting the results. im not sure if this is part of the anxiety as i have never really experienced anxiety before, if it is, its fucking terrible, i really feel for people that experience it regularly. The cancer thing is even in my freaky dreams now, the other night i dreamt my result we positive and i was telling my family i had cancer and was going to die. these dreams are so intense and real its making my crazy!!!!! i hope that shit ends soon. has anyone else had that?

anon, your reply to PT astounds me! how can you claim it is no more difficult to give up than soda when every other person here, including me has experienced otherwise? you are obviously talking out of ignorance and have not ever been a serious user! your advise and comments are not worth a thing! wasted words loser!

I must say i disagree with anon. i am currently 7 days into quitting and its still hard as hell. the anxiety is so bad. i have never really had anxiety before, and at the moment for some reason my brain is making me feel like i am going to die, all these thoughts of i have lung cancer, throat cancer, all this shit is driving me crazy. i have not tried these other drugs, but for anon to say there are no effects is total shit, my body is aching, seems to be mostly in parts of my body that has the most fat, i read thc dissolves in body fat, so that might be why? im not sure if it migrates to those parts of the body when its trying to flush it out. i mountain bike regularly, its not fucking helping, that is bullshit! stomach pains, neck pains. really though, instead of just bagging that dumb shit anon, i would like to hear what effects others are having? might make me feel more normal? Rob

MARIJUANA IS PHYSICALLY ADDICTIVE

When I go without for a day, or even just smoke a little bit in a day, I start to have real withdrawal symptoms. It feels much like having the flu. Of course, there are also mental symptoms.

I've quit cigarettes, coke, ecstasy, oxycontin. What are the physical symptoms of quitting cigarettes? There are very few. I can definitely list more PHYSICAL withdrawal symptoms from quitting weed than from cigarettes. Weed is harder to quit than cigarettes.

It sounds like you think you have found a magic drug with no side affects, and no withdrawal symptoms. This is how I used to think also, when I was young and ignorant like yourself. You can either believe me, or find out the hard way for yourself. Like I did.
